Your PIN is used to prevent unauthorised use of your account. Do not allow other persons access to your PIN or your account details. Notify Customer Services immediately should you lose or mislay your account details.

For the protection of clients, all telephone transactions are recorded. In accordance with TAB regulations, recorded tapes are retained for at least 7 days before being erased. Disputes regarding account balances and transactions must be lodged in writing within seven days to ACTTAB Customer Services.
